Shipping & Delivery

All eRestaurantParts.com orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. If your item has a longer lead time then 1-2 days, you'll be notified or it will say it on the product page. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will then receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions about your order please contact Customer Service at the Contact Us link below. eRestaurantParts.com reserves the right to ship any orders via one of our shipping carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, LTL Freight).

  • Your order is handled by a secure server.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not happy with your eRestaurantsParts.com purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or an exchange for the same product or another product.

  • You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of delivery and all products must be in their original condition.
  • Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days to process returns once they arrive at our location. Upon receipt of your return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive an e-mail from eRestaurantParts.com confirming this.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return and exchange shipping costs are the customers responsibility. eRestaurantParts.com will, however, pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • All returns and exchanges need a Return Authorization Number (RGA#). Please email eRestaurantParts.com at the Contact Us link below to begin the return or exchange process and receive your RGA#. This RGA# is necessary on your return or exchange. Please include the RGA# on the original packing list and make a copy for yourself. 
  • Exchanges: You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item and you place another order for the new item you wish to replace the original item with. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. 
  • All returns will only be credited to the original purchasing credit card number. All returns are subjected to a 20% re-stocking fee at eRestaurantParts discretion.

View and Track Orders
Viewing and Tracking your orders is made easy for customers who create an account during checkout. Simply click My Account located at the top right corner of each page. Once logged in, you can view previous orders along with tracking information. For customers who have not created an account during check out, please email us using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the site for Order and Tracking information.
Updating Account Information
If you would like to make changes to your account, you can revise your registration by clicking on the  My Account link in the top right corner of all website pages.
